Refund policy
All CanvasKazi products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
We will replace or refund items that are:
- Defective or damaged in production
- Misprinted or incorrect
- Lost in transit
To request a replacement or refund, contact us at canvaskazi@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
